Halo Reach Playlist Update Coming Tomorrow
Tired of getting pwned in Team Swat when you're just trying to play some regular slayer? Well, aside from picking up some of those FPS Freek Legendary control sticks to improve your Swat game, you now can pick and choose when you want to play Swat.
The first of two October Halo Reach updates will hit tomorrow, and it will include mostly playlist changes, including the one I just mentioned.
Here's a list of the full set of updates hitting your console tomorrow, all based on data gathered from your votes since Halo Reach's release:
- Swat removed from Slayer playlists
- Team Swat playlist added
- Swat on Hemorrhage removed
- 1-Flag and Stockpile gametypes now available on Powerhouse
- Rocket Race added to multi-team playlist
- Swat and Class removed from Big Team Battle playlist, frequency of Snipers also reduced
- Boardwalk and Pro options removed from Arena Doubles
- Pro option removed from Team Arena. Arena Zealot added.
- Gruntpocalypse credit dispersal nerfed in Score Attack
- Various minor bug fixes and tweaks
Not enough for you? Bungie has also given us some insight into what changes will go into the second Halo Reach Update, coming later this month. It will include campaign matchmaking, a fix to the betrayal booting system, a team snipers playlist, a "pro" season of Arena 3 with no radars, and more.
