Post Halo reach changes?
i think plasma launcher should be back to normal. also the frag grenades to. i mean with the frag downed plasma grenades are going to become noob tubes. oh yeah how can you make a sniper idiot proof???

bungie changed the launcher so that now it takes longer to charge and and fire. and less tracking ability
