A friend of mine has been playing the beta for like an hour now and he keeps asking. So anynoe what does it do?

armour lock makes you invincible for a short period of time with the loss of mobility

The guard makes you invuknerable to all damage, and your team mates can hide behind you as well, then that burst helps regenrate shields/ health of teamates a bit. if you have people who know how to use the guard as well as teammates who know what to do its a fairly effective class

well there is more to this than invincible/restoring shield. if the enemy is close and you end it, if the enemy is close enough it will take theiir shield down some, or all. if you hold it for the max you can, and an enemy is hit, i think they die

haha unfortunatly it doesnt kill them unless their tounching you pretty much, like if they were trying to get in your back
